Huge shoutout to the 4 men that moved our family this week. After working a long night before on another move these guys came and never stopped. This is a very heavy old piano. Came out of a house in Oakville and was delivered to my house in Toronto. These guys did a great job, went above and beyond to make sure there was no damage to the piano or either of the houses. I was not looking forward to this day, however hiring these professionals made this a great experience! I live in a townhouse with an awkward entrance and tight hallways and these guys ensured they didn't damage anything!From what I saw today, I will definitely recommend these experts to move anything and everything for anyone.A+++++

We initially hire Hercules to move our piano, but after our bad experience with our previous mover we hire them for our 2nd move with our entire household content. They were efficient, helpful and most importantly stronger than over mover. They blanketed old furniture and disassembled and reassembled the furniture back in place. They were accommodating and had stair mats and cover on the floor so that we didn't have to do major clean up after the move. We really appreciated their patience in positioning our grand piano into the exact angle we needed in the room. I will recommend them. My elderly mother also hired them and they took care of her move as well. She really appreciated the hassle free experience.

We hired Hercules to move our 6 foot grand piano and an upright piano to our new home in another town. The Hercules moving team conducted themselves in a very professional manner. Upon their arrival they were quick to introduce themselves. My piano was carefully wrapped before moving it. Once at its destination the moving team decided on the best way to move my piano into its new home. They laid mats along their route to protect my flooring. They had to move some furniture out of their way. Throughout the entire process of moving the piano they were very careful with the piano and my home. They recommended putting some coasters (which they had on hand) under the wheels of the piano to protect my flooring before taking it off of their mats. After unwrapping and disposing of all of the wrap they made sure I was happy with the placement of the piano before considering their job complete. Even took the time to move back all of the items they moved out of their way, no matter how small. Overall I was very happy with my experience with Hercules Moving Company. I highly recommend them.

My heavy piano was transported within a few hours, taking into account the time for descending it from the second floor and lifting it to the fifth floor using the freight elevator. The price at first seemed to be a bit high, but after calling other piano moving companies in Ottawa, I’ve realized that it was no more expensive than others, even a bit cheaper.

We had a lot of delicate furniture to move from a large house to an apartment. The guys wrapped up everything in blankets in cellophane and even were kind enough to move two sofas into our next door neighbor's house. Very highly recommended.

3 guys picked up an upright piano from one location and brought it to another. It arrived wrapped very well and they laid down runners so they didn't scratch or mess up my wood floors. In response, the moving specialist offered me several payment options, packing materials to purchase and available time slots to choose. Hercules moved my piano from an old bungalow to the second floor of my place. At the old house, there was tricky stairs and front yard fence to navigate. At the new place, there was a tall set of stairs which they had to move this heavy piano up. It definitely looked exhausting, but they did a great job and I'm very happy with their service.

Wow. Hercules exceeded my expectations. Moved from a 2 bedroom condo to 3 bedroom town house this past week (July 7 2017). The 3 young men were on time, polite and respectful of all my belongings. I was nervous about this move as I had never hired a moving company before, usually moved with friends and family. And with the negative press about movers I wasn't sure how well it was going to go. It went better than I expected for less money too! Would recommend this company without reservation.

Hercules movers was amazing. They moved a piano and freezer from an apartment to my house this past June 2017. They were meticulous with wrapping and moving my piano (and this feedback was from the person whose apartment they were moving it from, who has moved over 10 times in his life and is very particular about his belongings and getting things done right!). They also covered their shoes and laid down runners so as not to dirty or damage the floors. They really took their time and were incredibly professional.I would recommend whole-heartedly!

Although they were carrying my piano through a small and narrow hallway ed Victorian home, they were able to do their job with ease and care. Our piano was recently moved for the first time after having been in our house for 30 years. I was very impressed with the movers' professionalism, their friendliness and for being patient in their handling of the piano and its delivery to Mississauga. They took their time to use extra padding on this big instrument and also used extra floor covering so as not to scratch the hardwood flooring.I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!
